About Me

Basma Wealth Management is an independent financial advice firm founded and managed by Bassim Basma CCBI PFA, a senior adviser with over 30 years of experience. Bassim joined the industry in February 1991 with Laurentian Life rapidly distinguishing himself as a leading consultant through his professional approach and commitment to the long term needs of his clients. He became a independent financial adviser in August 2000 when he joined the Falcon Group. 

Evolving his business solely through client recommendations, Bassim only deals with a small number of clients providing an important input into all their financial decisions whether it is pensions, savings, investments, tax advice or planning for their children's future. He has only around 50 clients and a wealth of expertise enabling him to resolve financial issues at both business and personal levels. His aims are simple – to combine traditional values with sophisticated expertise to give the most suitable professional financial advice, and, at the same time, to provide the efficient yet friendly service to which he feels everyone should be entitled.

Bassim is passionate about the difference that good financial planning can make in your life. This enables him to motivate his clients to act. Clients describe his style as ‘very personable…making everything very simple to understand…a true professional’.
